This indicates the timer was started for Secondary VR which is incorrect for its state. This timer expiry event can cause Secondary VR to be in different state from Primary VR.
This is a rare internal condition, 'disable vrrp' followed by 'enable vrrp' may be required. If condition is not resolved by disable/enable vrrp, please contact technical support with the following information: show tech, show vrrp, show vrrp group, show vrrp group <groupName>, show vrrp <vlanName>
